If you could go back to a particular day 5 years ago, sit down with yourself for 15 minutes over a cup of coffee (or hot cocoa), and give yourself advice- what would you say? Here's the trick, you can't tell yourself what will happen in the future, whether they take the advice or not. Would you attempt to convince your younger self to change a decision they have yet to make? Do you think you could? What about if you meet with yourself of 10 years ago?

10 years ago I was 23, and if I could talk to myself at that time I would say: "I don't be afraid to make mistakes. It is not the end of the world and sometimes you actually learn something from the mistakes you make. Remember that your actions have consequences. You live too much in the present, try to think about your life in a longterm perspective instead. The things that you do will have consequences, maybe not today or tomorrow, but when you are older"
If I could talk to myself 5 years ago, I would say: "Don't be afraid of changes. You can handle the things that happen. Don't keep a bad relationship just because you are afraid of being alone. You are able to be alone and you will find new happiness when you least expect it. Don't be afraid to ask for help, it will bring a lot of good things. It is okay to ask for help, you don't have to do everything on your own."

Hi. I would still advise myself to "Believe you can, just be more confident." This is because I used to be very shy. I don't usually interact with work colleagues and clients. During that time, I felt that my attitude has already affected my job performance. Little by little, I was able to improve my interpersonal skills.
