Any new chicken gravy receipes?

Here's a little something that my mom used to use even in chili or spaghetti sauce because it just made you want to have another helping. Since you are asking for suggestions for chicken gravy, this may work very well. How about using a little poultry seasoning. I that that would make it very tasty.
