anyone know about superpoints?

i thought i was doing an email for swag bucks but then it wanted me to sign up for superpoints which seems somewhat similar and is also backed by the BBB... ive never heard of this place before so i was wondering if anyone here has ANY experience or info on it and if its one where you have to have a ton of referrals to make anything since i dont like to refer till i have been paid (so obviously if it takes ref's itll never happen) but i noticed like swagbucks you could earn by searching which is what i do on there.. any ideas?
