We hear of teenagers holding CEO positions which means they have no qualifications per se. What helps them get there?

Education and life experience is totally different. The problem with uni and degree's is because people expect a good job when they get a degree, this is not always the case. What I think is more important is life experience and dedication which is what these young high flyers possess. I have no qualifications and left school at 16 yet I have ran my own business for over 10 years very successfully. Where as a few of my friends with degree's are working in chip shops etc etc I also prefer to hire people with no qualifications as they do not expect to walk into a good job just because they have a degree etc etc and they are more motivated to do well for me in my company which makes me more money aswell as allowing them to climb the ladder quicker through hard work. I think that is the difference and it does my head in when people always seem to be brain washed into believing a degree etc etc will guarantee them a good job it wont. Hard work and dedication will.
