I am such a picky eater, and that doesn't change when I eat at Subway! :P lol. Whenever I go to Subway I get a sub with JUST Ham and Lettuce on white bread...that's it! No sauce, no cheese...nothing else! Just Ham and Lettuce! lol :P And it is lip smacking good!!!

Nothing wrong with being a picky eater as long as the place you are going ot can accomidate your likings.

I used to like turkey with swiss cheese and russian dressing. These days I pass on the cheese and the dressing and just add more veggies.

Naw... I'd just double up on veggies and maybe look for a low fat dressing or whatever they offer.

Low fat dressings are higher in sodium and sugar. Adding more veggies adds enough flavor that you don't need dressing. Even at home I'm adding more tomato and cucumber to all of my sandwiches and skipping on the mayo all together.

There used to be a place here in town called "New York Sub Way" and I liked the "all the stops" which was all the cold meats - but that was before I knew about my allergies... Now I try to avoid most cold cuts, but I kid you not, if we still had one in town, I might sometimes go in and order one ANYWAY! This was pretty much the menu at the shop I'm talking about, this one still exists in College Station, Texas http://www.allmenus.com/tx/college-station/17711-New-York-Sub/menu/

Now, I've gotta add this. As the daughter of an Atlantic City Native, I have to tell you that NO place makes a sub like The White House in Atlantic City. Don't believe me? Well, Roadhouse foods says the same thing... http://www.roadfood.com/Restaurant/Reviews/125/white-house-sub-shop I remember as a kid that my dad would pick up subs there and take them to his brother's for us to eat - ONE would feed the 5 of us, and the 4 of them! As we got a bit older, maybe one and a half... These people don't make a sub, they CRAFT a food to tempt the GODS! This is what a SUB is SUPPOSED to taste like and why that place called "Subway" never even was in the picture with me. At least the place here in town called Thundercloud Subs http://www.thundercloud.com/ realized they were just an Austin sandwich shop and not trying to claim the same status with sandwich shops back east.

I like the Subway Chicken Teriyaki. It tastes wonderful. And it doesn't do too much damage to my diet! Almost everything a girl can ask for.

Ok, people are going to think I'm weird, but I only like cheese and some fake meat on my subs; no mayo, no mustard, no anything else. w

No not too weird. I've heard of people who like it super simple. Now you've got me curious if any of the local sub places offer a alternative meat item. I do like bocca burgers alot and since having kids & gallbladder problems I can't handle all the fat from beef and some processed meats.

I absolutely LOVE Subway's chicken teriyaki sub sandwich =D I tried it for the first time about a week ago and completely fell in love with it. I asked for everything except for the jalapenos since I'm not a big fan of spicy food, and vinegar over the black pepper, I believe it was, and once I took the first bite, I was like, "This is SOO good!!" I've been craving for another sub just like it since!! I don't know, but I think it's the vinegar (or some very liquid-y sauce) that makes it taste so good!! I also love the philly cheesesteak subs/sandwiches. There's so many good subs/sandwiches out there, I'm sure I'll come across one that I love much more than the chicken teriyaki sub =]

I love a good philly cheese steak too! The only problem is finding a place that makes a good one. Sometimes there's not enough cheese, or onions or meat... ya know more bread than filling. I have yet to try their chicken teriyaki I'm just such a habitual eater.

I usually get turkey or the one with turkey, ham, and bacon. Not exactly waistline friendly on that second on. At Subway once in awhile I will get the Sweet Onion one or the Cold Cut Combo. It just depends on my mood. I like mine with lots of lettuce, onion, pickle, and black olives.

I usally get an Italian sub with some kind of salami on it and Italian ham and provolone cheese. I like all the veggies on it, and I like it when they put Italian dressing on it and just a little bit of peppers. I like these hot or cold, I like them either way.

It's been so long since we have gone out to get one and I've been craving one for a while now. What I really like is the Italian BMT from Subway. I have it on the Asiago cheese bread with lettuce, onions, cucumbers, provolone cheese, oil and vinegar and spicy mustard. I have the sub toasted as well so that it is warm and crunchy. This is actually one of my favorite things to eat but since we are trying to cut down our spending, we aren't going out to eat nearly as frequently as we've done in the past.

I think most people are cutting down on their eating out and spending on such foods. But ya know we made a steak & provolone sandwich like steak escape makes and by the time we bought everything it cost us almost 10x what we would of spent to buy everything. But of course we got many sandwiches out of it.
