do you hate home owners association?
Why?
I have HOA and I hate it.
I have to pay month to month,
you have to follow rules and regulation, I think
its best when you buy house where there is no HOA,
What do you think?

Depends on what kind of person you are. If you want to live in a safer neighbohood where things are regulated, then no. Personally I would rather pay $35 a month to a HOA than have to worry about my neighbor upkeeping their house and yard and worrying every time someone puts their home up for sale.
