Employees often create conflicts because of improper timing of telling their co-employees their concerns.Emotions is one of the communication barriers that an employee needs to deal with, because when an individual is suffering emotional distress it receives messages in a different way. That's why correct timing is needed when it comes to sharing your thoughts in the work place.

I agree. Before approaching a co-worker, I always make it a point to ensure that my colleague is not that busy or beating a deadline. It is important to respect the emotions of a co-worker and not to disturb when busy. It is also important to mind one's business and to give advice only when asked or badly needed.

patience is a virtue, you're right. that's the reason why a lot of people are offended / got into conflicts, because some of us just don't know the right timing.

i agree with that statement... not only proper timing but also in the proper place like in a private room where no one can hear what you need to tell your co-employees... when it comes to sharing with your thoughts you should also listen to his/her idea in order to create a harmonious relationship and respect with each other.
