How to increase net speed with 2 simultaneous connections?

Hi everybody, I have a datacard and a LAN connection with internet. My datacard can give and average net speed of 15kbps and my LAN can give and average net speed of 10kbps.
I want to some how merge these two connections to get an average net speed of 25kbps. How can I do this? Can any body help me? Please.

You could not merge them as they are of different connection in order to have fast connection you should not combine them both even if you used it you have to disable the other connection so that it would become fast. Even in my LAN is always 10 mbps and the speed is only determine by your ISP/internet service provider. Although their are program intended to boost internet speed it not good to use it unless you are an IT expert as some configuration may be affected.
