What laundry detergent do you use?

I have fallen in love with a brand from my local grocery store. It is called Bravo. I really love it! It is so much cheaper than the other name brands, but I think it works better! I don't usually like store brands very much, but Bravo is fantastic! They sell it in high efficiency formula, which works great with my washer. I am really impressed by this brand.

At my house we buy gain detergent. Although we do use the powder form, just because it is cheaper. Everyone in my house has extremely sensitive skin, so we can't use the cheap brands usually. Its hard to buy something, waste money on it only to know it will break one of us or all of us out.

Hi, thedaddym. I use X-tra Scentsensations Apple and Citrus. My husband buys this brand and scent. I would prefer to buy Downy Pleasures, but I am not the one that will be paying for it. I like stronger detergents that are mild to my skin. He buys the cheaper brand, but that is what he can afford. I prefer to have the Downy Simple Pleasures as my laundry detergent. We used to use Gain, but my husband no longer buys it anymore.

I definitely pay less for the lesser known or generic brand. Why not? I really just can't allow myself to fork over $10 for a small bottle of laundry detergent (I LOVE how Gain smells though..Especially their apple/mango scent!), when I could easily get the same amount for $3. It might not smell quite as good, but that's $7 worth of savings. So that's what I do.
