Do you have to have more surgeries to replace saline or whatever after you have a breast implant

You are right, sahm, you have to have a minor surgical procedure after 10 to 15 years, and at that time they replace the saline or whatever they put in there. Ofcourse these are for surgeries done about 4 to 5 years back, I do not know the mordern techniques and with the mordern surgeries, they may not need the replacement surgery after the 10 to 15 years.
