Sleeping is really my hobby especially that I am just working at home. I have a lot of free time to sleep. But I have this problem. I have insomnia and no matter how I want to sleep every time I am free, I can hardly do it. I used to have many interrupted sleeps at night. I also have some troubles falling asleep. Do you have any suggestions to help me with this problem?

Hello, Petagan.
I can't help you with your problem because i do also experiencing the same problem. Insomnia is common to the people who have different sleeping pattern and our body starting to adopt the life style we have. When the night come usually our mind become active and it's so hard for us to stop our brain working. If we only force our self to sleep in normal sleeping hours we only get severe headache. I guess we should try adjusting our sleeping pattern little by little until we hit the normal sleeping time. Good luck to all insomnia's.

I believe its because you slept too much during the day. Try to reduce the amount of your afternoon nap so that you will feel more tired in the night. I wonder what are you working as at home?
