bot messages or bot comments

did you receive one? in your blogs? in your site? in your forum account messages? some called that it is a spam message, like they offer something and things like this and that. some posts or comments and messages are naughty. well, how to handle this one? someone told me that they have virus carried on their messages? hmmm
