Stress can really make a person look older than his/her age. I am worried because I really want to have a youthful and glowing skin. I am still 21 but I already have a lot of stress. I am stressed because my income is not enough to pay all the monthly bills. Can you help me find ways to get rid of stress? and ways to solve this problem as well?

Well aged look is also caused by stress. I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

hi pentagan12! i should say maybe its about time you look for a new job. a job that is capable of giving you a high pay so you can manage all those monthly bills. (did i say it too simple?) also if you can cut some of your monthly bills, better do so coz it will not just lower your monthly expenses but as well as your stress
. we will all get old but there sure are lot of ways to delay the process. and one more thing, laughter will always keep us young. talk to funny guys, watch funny shows, read funny books and anything that will make you laugh. (just for fun try this one if it works: tell one of your colleagues to laugh upon looking at your face coz youll be doing the same thing to him/her too). happy mylotting

As human, we are not immune from problems. Here are some ways you can do to relieve stress:1. Breathing exercises
play slow songs, close your eyes and take a deep breath - in and hold a few seconds and then remove it slowly. Repeat several times with imagined a beautiful thing.
2. Smiling
With a smile, you will feel so much relief. Muscles - facial muscles will be attracted and press center of emotion, it will be more calm.
3. write and remove all your problems on paper
Pour all problems that make cramped on paper quite work. With do that you can know what problems you are facing and the steps - what steps should be taken.
4. Pray
With supplication, our hearts and souls can be more calm in the face of problems. Since all problems have solutions, and the God who determines the road.

YES, I do have many friends whose work is on a construction sights or those work that requires a lot of muscles. Most of them are on my age, but many of them looks 10 years older than their age. I'm working too and have a lot of stress especially when December comes (year end deadlines, backlogs, etc) but I do have time for myself to unwine. And the best way is to spend it with my family especially during weekends. Develop an exercise routine also relieves stress like swimming twice a week or jogging trice or attend a fitness workshop.

well. everybody under stress more or less .thinking about that the people around you ,maybe you can know what is the stress of theirs .different people have the different kinds of way to solve the problem .for me ,i have the same stress of yours .yes ,i just graduated this year ,and now i have worked for almost 1years ,i don't have any deposit now ,and even it is not enough to pay for my life .just so pity ,right /lol.sometimes i even think about that i don't dare to go home for the coming spring festival.but ,how we can do ,although we have try our best to do the job or other ,but our alibity just like this ,we can't get more .just hope next time will turn better .so ,just enjoy the moment .and relax ourselves.don't make goal that hard for us to achieve,dont let our thought always under stress .
