Whats the highest PTC click rate?

Hey whats up peoples I was wondering which PTC site has the higest click rate. I know one that pays up to 6 cents a click that can be found on my website they DO PAY!! Every friday within 24 hours. I want to know if it gets any better than that or somewhere around that for every click. Does anybody know about any sites with high click rates where you can reach payout fast?

There's really a site like that? Is it open International? The highest one for me is only 3 cents. Can I join on that site?
