I love brussel sprouts. I usually prepare them by roasting them with garlic, red peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper. Some times I hit them with a little balsamic vinegar a few minutes before they come out of the oven, but now I would like to try something different.

That sounds really nice, must try that, as I love sprouts. My mother used to boil sprouts, then mash them with black pepper and butter. That's really nice as well, as they still taste like sprouts, but the texture is completely different.

That sounds interesting. I don't know if you have ever had whipped cauliflower but it is awesome. You can flavor the cauliflower any way you like then use a hand mixer to make them light and fluffy mashed cauliflower. It is addictive.

No, I haven't tried that. I love cauliflower, and cauliflower cheese. In fact it's my favourite vegetable, so I'll get around to trying that soon. The cauliflowers here are lovely at the moment.

Hi here is a simple recipie.. Take some Chopped onions.. fry them with little oil in a frying pan till the colour of onion becomes golden brown.. add some slitted green chillies according to your taste.. now add your pre half cooked Brussel Sprouts to them and fry them for a while.. add salt for taste.. mix it well and you can serve them hot now..

My Mother always cut them up and fried them in butter & onions from what I remember. I don't care for brussel sprouts myself.
