The launch of netflix really setback blockbuster's customers. People would prefer no late fee, all you can rent, and convenient type of movie rental experience. Accordingly, Blockbuster launched its online rental deal, in attempt to bring back more customers.
Now, another business idea from Redbox, also giving a serious impact on Blockbuster. Base on the price war, $1 per day from RedBox, and its widespread of location for its customers, such as in Pharmacy, Walmart etc..... Blockbuster also gonna launch its blockbuster kiosk for $1 per day business.
Base on these fact, it would benefit us, as customers a lot. Because we would get a cheaper price and better service definitely.

I haven't gone to blockbuster in FOREVER to rent movies. I did buy a birthday present there in April. My movie choice is Movie Trading Company. I can buy movies there for about $5 and enjoy them over and over again. They rent as well. I do love Red Box though. I don't use it much but the whole idea is pretty cool and if I am going to rent, that is always where I check first.

That is what competition all about. We as customers, spending money for the greatest quality, and the cheaper price as well. We want to get the best deal we can. I think that blockbuster have to come up a better idea to counter attack the red box idea.

HI, I also live close to these Redbox. I love to rent movies from this box cuz of cheap price and very easy to access. Another thing if you always, I mean always get movies then you should get netflix... it saves a lot of money and very easy get them as well

We have found netflix to be very conenient considering thing get delivered to the house, Blockbuster on line is pretty similiar. I use Redbox on occasion when I don't want to wait for something on my Netflix list, but it is sometimes a pain to bring it back the next day. The problem with the Redbox is if you want to see something that is a bit older you will not be able to get it there.

Well I like blockbuster better then netflix because it gives me an option to go to the store to rent them or rent them online. Plus you can save $5 on video games which is what I love about it. I guess blockbuster is only good if you live close to a blockbuster like I do which is why I like it a lot better then netflix.
