Do you use firecrackers during new year's eve?

We, actually my father only haha, uses strong firecrackers during new year's eve. He uses the 5star, triangle, and stuff. I, my sister, and my father are satisfied with the light sticks, 'Lusis' as we call here in the Philippines. I also enjoy watching the fountain, and its spinning version, the 'trompilyo'. My father lights it up, and we enjoy videoing it or just watching it. I hate crying cow the most, I don't really like the sound it produces hehehe.
