I had once when it was cold out and my hair were static. also when i used to touch the computer screen i get static. I dont know why it happenc but i think its because we get great amount of energy supply.
so last time when my hair were up, i just grabed a oil bottel and applied a little amount on hair so that i dont become a joke.
