How often do you care for your Nails?

The importance of cleaning nails specially toenails is to avoid having infections caused by germs, bacteria and fungus. Trimming fingernails and toenails includes in personal hygiene aside from taking a bath, brushing our teeth and keeping our hair clean. Keeping our nails healthy has something to do with our diet. Food rich in protein keeps nail healthy the same with hair.
Trimming fingernails and toenails for me can be done once a week or once in two weeks the most. I always wash and dry my hands and feet before trimming. After trimming, I put cuticle remover and clean the cuticle with a pusher including underneath part. Then I put hand cream for my hands and foot cream for my feet.

I always like trimmed fingers as they look cute when trimmed. Generally my wife trims my finger nails once in fifteen days. After trimming dont you use nail polish???

I seldom use nail polish. As long as my nails are clean I would care less bout nail polish. If ever I use nail polish I like the colorless or sometimes light peach.

I actually don't like fingernails and toes. they are really disquisting. I don't really like to rim my toe nials and I usually dont have to worry about my fingernails because I bite those off. I dont care for neither toenails or fingernails as much as i should.

I do not take the time to care for my nails very much. I work alot and it is hard to have nice nails. My nails usually stay too brittle and they chip and break off. I like to polish them also but it never stays on either because my hands are always in some kind of cleaner.

yeah i care about nails a lot , if my nails are dirty and are not in shape it hurts me a lot and i always take care of my nails , i always cut the nails once in a month and then allow the fresh nail to come up and then i take care of the nail properly , daily clean the nails so that no dirt is there in nail , i try my best to clean my nails , nails of feet are cut once in a weel as i don't grow feet nails in winter because feet get freeze in winter , even my dad reminds me to cut the nails once in a month
