applying for a new job, what a process

i made it through the first round and the second round is writting an 18 page document. Then there might be a hands on test if i make it to the next round. hard work just to apply but it will be worth it in the end if i get it

Well you are correct. Applying for a job isn't that easy. You need to be patient enough to wait for the results of all the tests you took. You also need to be confident so that you won't feel nervous during the interview. If you will be nervous, then there's a tendency that you might not be able to answer the interview questions correctly. I don't exactly know what kind of job you are applying for since you said you were asked to write an eighteen-page document but I just hope that you will make it up to the end of the process. If you made it in the first round, I believe there's no reason for you not to make it on the next few rounds. Just be optimistic all the time.

thanks it's a conservation job i've applied to. museums send there artifacts to this place to have them worked on. my dream job.
