And this for almost a week now. What can I do? Should I exercise, eat something particular? Somebody save my left arm!

Left arm? hmmm...it may be related to your heart or to your neck. Does it hurt? Can you move your arm? Do you have namness in your arm?

First days it was the whole arm, now only the hand. It seems it's disappearing but it's the first time it lasts this long. Namness, I don't know this word

It could be many things. Since it's your left arm, it could be a heart attack or at the very least poor circulation that could lead to one. So you really should go to an emergency room. It could be a pinched nerve. It could be that you slept on it wrong. I would try a chiropractor. If that didn't work or made it worse, I'd go to a neurologist.

Oh it seems that I should take it seriously. Well, I'll see a doctor.

Hmm maybe its overused or something. Im not a doctor or an expert. Maybe someone can suggest something for your arm. What have you been doing to experience that? You should take better care of yourself.

It could be carpel tunnel syndrome I suffer this and get numbness as well as pain that can feel like pins and needles it comes from using it to much. You need to see your Doctor so he can check it out.
