payrate on realcashptc is falling!!!

hello everyone! did u noticed,that the click payrate on realcashptc is now 1 cent and not 3 cent as in the beginning??! i think it is the sign that the site will go SCAM! i just hope the day will never come or if it comes, the requested payouts will be paid!!! i think the site will go down in a month! sorry to inform you! but i've seen many of this! does anybody have other opinion??? have a nice day!
