Switch to magic jack, avoid many unwanted phone calls

With landline from AT&T, I paid around $27 a month, and I don't get to use it much. The worst case, I got a lot of unwanted solicited marketer's calls. That was really annoying. Even though I signed up online "Do not call list", it just won't work. Eventually, I cancelled my landline service, and pay $24 a year for magic jack. A voice over IP type of service. Although its quality is not the greatest, I still feel comfortable with it. I got no marketers' phone calls, and I cut my cost to the best extent. God bless the Fast Internet Technology.

Right now, I don't have to worry anything about pick up those credit cards, or whatever services they are about to provide. I might just turn off the computer, or my phone number is no longer listed up there.

I got rid of my land line service some time ago. I didn't need the bill, and with things the way they are, I couldn't afford it anyway. I don't put too much stalk though in something that is brand new. I don't trust it right off. Magic Jack is okay for some people, but from people I know who have it, its not worth the money even if you only pay once a year. I have two cell phones, one for me, and one for George. I pay that bill and that's my "phone" bill. and that's that.
