Okay, so last night me and my fiance was on the way home from my moms who live way down in the country. Well, we see a dear on the side on the road and he started to freak out... we slow down to almost completely stopped and the dear is still freaking out and then he decides that hes going to cross the road, my car (which I am still paying on!) is now in between him and the other side of the road. so, bam... he hits the side of my car!! He turned around and ran the way he should of in the first place and was unharmed, but he left my car with my rear-view mirror hanging off and a couple dents in the side :( Stupid dear!

Hi there my friend. We don't get these kinds of events here, not that i know of anyway, but i can imagine the whole situation. Perhaps the deer had seen you as in intruder on her territory ? or was just scared as deers don't really have territories.
Anyway the important thing is that you and your family and even the deer are all safe, but pity for the mirror, i hope it is not that expensive...

hehe... actually I just dont think deers are very smart, It seems like once they start to panic they become more dumb... just like us I suppose. I really think he was going to try to make it to the other side of the road!

try living with kangroos. we've hit enough of them, they will pop out form nowhere on you and you can't do much but hit them. so there's been a few insurance claims done.
i was driving the other week, and there was a faimly of ducks. they didn't move of the road but got confussed and stayed there, i slowed down and was going slowly past when one of the parent ducks came at my car and hit it. all i heard as this thud on my door. by the time i came back the ducks were gone. i wasn't going to help the duck if it was going to attack me.
