Tata sky provides the best service. The rates of tata sky are little bit high as compare to other services, but we get good quality picture with almost full signal. In my opinion tata sky is best dth series because in tata sky there are lot function like pause the channels,quiz,active English,games for kids.I have seen clarity of the tata sky is very clear.

I think you should check with the local cable connections because most of the local cable connections provide are less costlier than the DTH. In the direct to home services we have to pay for each channels and especially the sports channels are little bit costly than the local cable connection. If you are looking for high definition channels I would suggest you to go for DTH because most of the DTH have high definition channels and I think it is just little costly than standard definition. depends on where you are at but direct tv is pretty good. Like comcast too. I think comcast might be better than direct tv cause my parents complained a lot less about it and it also could be cheaper for more channels.
