Build semi-pro website without html knowledge

I want to build a semipro website. This website must contain the feature of allowing people to open their resp. accounts (just as in mylot or yahoo). It must also support advertisement codes. I do not know a word html. Is my obj still acheivable. Can ne one suggest a suitable and easy to master software? Thanx happy lotting!!

yes in ms office there is one microsoft office publisher where you can design just one website. but as you are saying that you want to have a website where persons can open their account. then you need to know a lot about website. you will have to store the data base in your hosting company. it is prepared by professional website builder. as per your requirements you should know very deep knowledge of html coding. best would be to build you blog on blogger.com they are free.
