Hi all, I am often read that MSG (mono-sodium glutamate) which usually used as complementary flavor cuisine, is very bad for our body, and in the long period can cause cancer. Here, in our country, we can not avoid MSG, because almost all foods here contains MSG. At least, we can just reduce the quantity of MSG come into our body. We cook without MSG at home. How about with you?

When I just started chinese cooking I thought chinese cooking without MSG would not be called chinese cuisine but soon I realised that it is not necessary that we should add this salt if one is not comfortable with it. I don't add it any more and I don't find any difference in the taste either.
