I feel fine with my weight. Considering I just had a baby just 2 months ago, my weight is pretty darn good as I am at my original weight before getting pregnant. I think it's due to nursing and also that I am small framed to begin with. I normally don't look at the numbers - for me it's about how I feel. Weight wise, I think I'm fine . . . but I don't look or feel toned (particularly in my tummy area because I just had a baby) - but that's another story.

I never worried about my weight. I have always been fat . So what! I will not stop eating what I want as long as I can afford it! I stopped listening to the food nazis, the experts that dictate what you should or shouldn't eat.I haven't been weighed in over 20 years. my favorite clothes fit so why worry about weight?

I never tried to look like the models on the magazines. I was too busy having fun , playing music and watching great movies. when I was doing both of these I could care less how I looked.

hi stand 87 yes I hate my weight as I am 60 pounds overweight and that just makes it so much harder to control my diabetes
and besides I hate the way I look. I may be elderly but I like
to look nice, and obesity does not look at all attractive to
me or anyone else.

Hi, all my life i had problems with my weight, but all time i try and work a lot, gym, diet to keep my weight how i want. i have 1,74/67kg, and is my ideal weight, and i try to keep it. If i see that i have 1 kg more, i ll work harder to gym, nd after few days will be ok.
Because I was a sports performance, sports have to do more all the time, to maintain my weight. but is ok for me, i like sport.

I am overweight and it is very inconvenient for me. I cannot walk, cannot climb stairs. Sitting and getting up is a hell for me. Due to the weight, knee pain started. This is hereditory for me and is not reducing.

I could lose some weight, but it's not nearly my biggest concern right now. My daughter is along with some health issues I have (not weight related lol).

Well according to all the medical guidelines I am over weight and my Doctor seems to take great pleasure in telling me this everytime I go to see him, which isn't very often. But although statistically I am over weight it doesn't negatively impact on my life and of course I would like to lose a bit round my middle, who wouldn't, it doesn't really bother me.
The daft thing is a few years ago I was the statistically perfect weight for my age and height yet I felt ill all the time and malnourished.

I have lost a few pounds over the last few months. It took longer because of my age wherein the metabolism is really slow. I do love to lose more weight because of health reasons and aesthetic reason is only secondary.

My weight has been something that I have struggled with since I was a child. I gained a lot of weight after I broke my ankle when I was nine years old and never got all of that off before I fell into a deep depression when I was fourteen years old after my father passed away. To this day, it is still something that I struggle with. I have lost a lot of weight since I was at my heaviest, but I still also acknowledge that I have a long road to go.

I would like to lose about a stome, which is 14 pounds because I feel better at that weight which I have been before. When I say feel better I mean in terms of energy, well being rather than the way I look.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
