When I work I often sit in front of my desk and computer. So i feel uncomfortable, especially for my neck and back. Sometimes I often go to water room. My colleagues said that you can drink much water. I say no, I just want to walk and make my neck and back feel better. Do you feel comfortable in office? How do you deal with it?

Our office is comfortable but sometimes the aircon is blasting away, too cold for comfort. There's nothing we can do about it since it is centralized. That's why my body get so numb sometimes. I also sit in front of the computer the whole day so it gets kind of uncomfortable when the cool air kicks in.

In order to relax when I work in offices, I do a number of things, primarily doing stretches and exercises on my breaks, as well as moderately discrete ones that help to stretch the body such as... Neck rolls - these can be done while you are typing, on calls, etc. I do 5-10 at a time. Shoulder rolls - Rolling the shoulders back 5-10 times. Jazz hands - Yeah it's rather dumb and silly, but it help stretch the muscles Praying hands - Put the hands together as if you are going to pray (But I wouldn't put your head down or close your eyes because some workplaces and regions are reaaaaaally weird about that sort of thing at work!), push the hands together, as if to push them away from each other, and stretch the fingers. Do this for about 10 seconds. Arch Lifts - Done standing or sitting. Put your feet flat on the floor, and using your toes, lift yourself/legs up towards the ceiling. I have a few other exercises that I routinely do when Im working in offices jobs, some of them are done during breaks, but I can't explain how to do them in words, but the majority of them are light yoga movements.
