A vitamin C a day keeps the cold away!

Do you take Vitamin C regularly? I am supposed to. I actually bought four pads of Vitamin C tablets good for one month since I told myself that starting that day I will make sure that I will never ever forget again to take my Vitamin C. I would really want taking Vitamins (not just Vitamin C) to be a part of my daily routine. However, I don't know why I keep on forgetting taking one tablet a day. Maybe it is because I'm healthy even if I don't take my vitamins regularly. The last time I took my vitamins regularly and never forgot to do so was when I was still pregnant. Now that I am no longer pregnant I'm back to old me. I sometimes forget to take my vitamins. For this reason I sometimes end up forgetting to take it for one whole month. Tsk! Tsk! This reminds me that I forgot to take my Vitamin C again today. :(

I believe in taking vitamin C daily! I once taught elementary school and I was very vigilant about it then. I'd keep a bottle of chewable tablets at school to take anytime I felt even the slightest tickle in my throat (over and above what I took daily). I never got sick.

Hee, I totally understand.
It was a little higher priority for me back then when I spent 8 hours a day in a virtual petri dish of germs that was my classroom.

I also believe in taking Vitamin C in a regular basis. My problem is I am kind of forgetful in taking them regularly. :(

Vitamin C is the remedy for the colds. It not only increases our immunity system but also stabilizes the whole body.So daily consume citrus fruits which are high in Vitamin C. Also take a multivitamin supplements which are very essential inorder to abosrb the certain vitamins.

Good day!
Thanks for the advice. You are right and I totally agree with you. That's the reason I sometimes get upset with my self whenever I forget to take my Vitamins. It's very important for me to take it because of the nature of my work. Aside from that I'm currently pregnant so I should really make it a habit to take all the vitamins plus my milk recommended by my OB.

Yes it is right now I don't take Vitamin C anymore I'm always forget to take it everyday. Vitamin C is good to boost your immune system especially during the colder months. I observed that when December comes I'm always have cold and cough. My weak during colder months so Vitamic is very helpful during this season.

That's right. That's actually the reason I want to make it a habit to take Vitamin C regularly. I really admire those people who never forget to take their Vitamins daily. :) Well, it seems I'm not the only one who forgets to take mine. Haha!

Taking a vitamin c tablet every day can be very beneficial. I find that I have fewer colds when I stand by my vitamin C ritual.

It's good that you are able to take your vitamins regularly. That's my problem. I have a stock of vitamins (Vitamin C, Multivitamins, Iron, Calcium and B- Complex). Some of them are already one or two months old.Sometimes I will end up throwing them and buying new tablets. After how many days I will forget to take them again in a regular basis until I completely ignore them for almost a month. It's just like a cycle.
