How often your dreams come true?

Everyone of us sees dream for ourself and for others. And being honest I want to state here that everyone of must have some dreams in our eyes so that we work accordingly and achieve that dream. These dreams can sometimes be a source of inspiration for us. Unless we don't dream then how we will get success in our life. But one thing is there which is a important one that if you have dreamed something, you should be the one who should work hard to make that dream come true. Sometimes dreams come true very easily but in most of the case you have to earn that dream to come true. So it is rightly said that one should dream with an open eyes not with closed eyes.
