Looking for people willing to work on a commission basis. where can i find them?

I had an idea for a new site that will go great alongside my GPT site, the problem is. I can't afford to pay them any reasonable amount at the moment, nor can I code it to the way i want it so i'm wondering, does anyone know a good reliable place to go to find coders that work on a commission basis?

Site called odesk, you post a job and let people bid on it and take on those who have offered least amount for their service, or if you find some that actually have experiance in that field then you can offer them the job at whatever price you can afford... You can only hope they say yes!

I suggest microworkersdotcom. I am a member there as a worker. But you can also offer micro jobs there. The minimum price per job is 0.1. I hope I helped you.
