what do you always have for snacks???

hhhhhhhhmmmm..lets talk about food..lol! what do you always have in mind..when you like to eat something for snacks?? do you prefer to have sweets??rich in fibers??food that are less in cholesterol? or just nothing at all...?? do you avoid snacks when dieting??? what food to you always eat?? me i always like to have juices or energy drinks like milo... and one piece of bread.. sometimes i eat spaghetti!yam2x!... darn...im hungry..heheheh! happy eating!.. cheers!

lol! you are always hungry my dear best! haha well, when i am out with my good friend during mondays, what we usually like for snacks is either, halo-halo, ice cream? fries & float from mcdo? hehe well when i am home, my favorite or our favorite snack is banana q! haha sometimes, sandwiches if there's any, coffee, juice, soft drinks...whatever is available! haha i don't have a ny diet to follow and so i can eat anything but of course in moderation...but not much with chips...

hi there....best.. lol...sad to say..im always hungry...grrrrrrrrrrrr...! i hate it..but i eat in moderation too.. i don't want to look fat..its very difficult to gain a lot of weight.. i missed eating ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!hmmm! i like banana q too!... hey!thanks for the free halo2x...heheh!love it.. mwwwwwwwwwaah! hugs!lol

good for us...we still look like we dont have husbands!..hhahahah! we just need to stretch up a little bit..hehehehhe! its good for our health!.. i know your very much busy than i do.. that's why you don't get fat! me,im doing effort in exercising..just not to look overweight.. very tiring.. hugs!

Well, since I'm on a diet this past few weeks, I tend to lean more on the rich in fiber snacks, like the quacker oats cookies that I really love, and granola bars. I don't really skip snacks, cause I don't want to feel like I'm depriving myself of the food that I want, I just try to eat healthier..

I just eat a lot of fiber enriched foods, and I skip rice for dinner, sometimes I just eat a whole wheat bread sandwich and fruits.. it still makes me full, but definitely healthier than what I eat before, which was more than a cup of white rice and fried meat or chicken. Hehehe. I lost 2 pounds already, and I'm just working on maintaining my weight and just toning some muscles.

SNacks?? I can have anything for snacks, and i dun mind as long as i get to eat.. lol =D PLus, i'm not someone whom snack that often, thus i can afford all the extra calories and more.. hehe ^_^ With my metalbolism rate being quite high, i have to keep eating, in order to replenish my energy expanded, and as such, i need snacks that's high in sugar as well as fibre.. haha =D

Hi, acie_21. I usually will have a slice of lemon creme glazed cake. I may also eat a lemon with lite salt over it. I like to slice my lemons up. I also like green apples. I may also eat a banana if we have one at home. I try to go for nutritious snacks when I have the chance to. If I am dieting, I think smartly about eating any kind of foods that are high in fat.

I think eating snacks doesn't mean that we are hungry. Perhaps at that time we have nothing to do and we feel like chewing something. Especially when we watch a nice TV show, it is so nice to watch it when we are eating the snacks. I like to eat the potato chips and soda water when I watch a nice TV show. I love China
