"Please See FAQ"grrr!!

im so sick of asking a question to tech support (not mylot but other sites) and them replying with "please read FAQ" when i have already looked through all of it and obviously didnt find my answer or i wouldnt ask! this last time was for a ptc and they told me to look at the FAQ and i went through every single thing and they didnt have anything REMOTELY fitting my question.. so my question is.. are they thinking we are so stupid that we never check or will just give up if we look and dont find it? or do they not even know what their own FAQ has answer wise?

i think maybe not all of their service stuff know all the tech questions. so if they don't know you question very well they just say "please see the FAQ", i suggest you just call them directly and ask about that!

yeah i am going to see if the problem continues and if it does then i will figure out a different way to get a hold of them

Yes this frustrates me. This happened to someone at MyGoldBux, they were then told to read the TOS, and the owner had edited it to say that all requested payouts will be ignored forever... when I signed up I read it and it said nothing of the sort. If it is a highly regarded site then it wouldn't say read the FAQ's, rather it would highlight the exact line they are referring to. Whatever the site I would say they will scam you because they obviously don't have time for their customers.

although i have had it happen when i complain to a company about a problem with their products so its like a problem i have ran into with no matter what the site =(

That drives me nuts too, and even more so the fact that usually when we ask the question on here, it gets deleted, because we shouldn't talk about MyLot on MyLot!!! Well, if they didn't want us to ask eachother the questions, they should just cover everything in the FAQ like they're supposed to!!

Hi mon, What the reality is you know? Those putting FAQ actually do not want that you read them and proceed accordingly. Nothing else.
