Being a Project Managers, i am always looking for tools which helps in proper management of multiple project of my company. Now a days i found it tough to manage the team which works from remote location also.Moreover exceptions from clients and stakeholders also every increasing. They are not satisfied with latest reports, they want to be part of each and every phase of projects. So what are the latest tools and technology which are helpful in project management? Does latest technology or tools like ProofHub, Basecamp or Google wave are effective or not?
