Ever heard of the story of the dog Oreo? Who was rescued from falling in a building then euthanized him after a few months after he recovered due to aggression. I only read this article and would like to know your opinions guys. This law would help the other animals to be given a chance for a second or even third life. But will it really benefit the animals?
