hmm why not try something you both have never tried before? it does not need to be a posh resto with candlelight dinner or a bouquet of roses. something unique and different, out of the ordinary valentines date. hehehe maybe try bungee jumping??? that's if your both up for the thrill hehehe, ride the roller coaster perhaps? if your up for it.... whatever you do today i hope you will have a great time!

I wish there are things like that in my place. It's really a small town here and the only ever breath-taking experience you'll probably get is a kidnapping incident...Haha!just kidding.I'm still planning to plan and I'm still clueless. Oh well, I'm always a last-minute person so I'll come out with something eventually. I do hope we have a great time. Thanks!

My husband and I went out for dinner today. There are no restaurants in the village where we live, so we had to go to one of the towns in our area. We had been a bit worried about the snow, because it has been difficult to drive lately, but the situation wasn't too bad today and we were able to drive to the restaurant. We had chosen an Italian restaurant and we had some very delicious food (pasta and tiramisu) The rest of the evening we spent at home, we watched some movies etc.

Happy Valentine's Day to you too. Well today was a day to be shut in. By that I mean, we just had a taste of the February Fury that is sweeping the States. It snowed heavy here. Well I live in the south and we aren't use to all this snow, so it is really a dangerous situation for us. Everything shuts down, and we are advised to say in unless it is an emergency.
Well I decided to go to the paper box and get my paper(newspaper). My drive way is made down hill. So I had no trouble going up the drive way. My foot did slip on the ice, I caught myself and made it to the box, now coming back down the driveway to the house was a problem, I was scared to try that ice again, I was stuck outside and was wondering if my neighbors was watching me. If I fall on this ground it would be very painful and embarrassing, so my inner voice (the Holy Spirit) told me to get off the driveway and walk on the snow covered ground. I did made it back in the house, gave God the glory and learned a very good lesson. Do what I am told "Stay"..

I feel bad for you chevee ( not in a bad way)because of the snow fury in your place. i know for sure slipping on ice could be dangerous for anyone. but even though you spend time indoors today i bet a warm mug of coffee or chocolate shared with someone you love is just like celebrating valentine's day in a fab resto. by the wayit pays to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit every time. we won't even know how many times he stepped in to save us!

Nothing much really happened today. My husband and I went to church in the morning and he has to go somewhere and visit a friend who was sick. After that, he had a meeting and arrived home and a few hours later he slept because he's really tired. Valentines day isn't really that much for me. I didnt wanna celebrate it either because even thoug its not Feb. 14, my husband and I can still have our own valentines day. I ma just so happy even though we didnt have anything special today, I am glad he is my husband.

that's right we can celebrate everyday as if it is always valentine's day. but i guess valentines should be an extra extra special day when 2 people reminisce why and how they fell in love. but well if you are married to a great guy everyday is like valentines day no doubt.
