Do you charge extra hours to your overtime?

Now a days, a lot of people are looking for some extra job to earn an additional income. To others, they dont have an extra time to look for an extra job because of the schedule that they have. Aside from rendering an 8-hours, they sometimes do an additional 1 hour or half hour extension to the usual 8-hours.
My question is, if you happen to render an additional 1 hour or half hour extension, do you charge this to your overtime?

A lot of people have companies that they work for so if they work a little extra time it can go to overtime if they say work a set amount. That is to say, here in the USA 35 to 40 hours is full time, so if any more hours is worked, that would be overtime. Same for the part time employees, whom usually work 20 to 30 hours a week.
I don't get overtime, I can't, but I do work fulltime. If I do have to work over, then it's considered overtime but there'd need to be a good reason for it.

If it was an hour I would probably render it as overtime but it was just half an hour, I don't think I'd be doing it.
Especially with our company, I don't think they acknowledge overtime for our grade.

i personally dont do that... what i feel is an extra half an hour or one hour is not going to hurt me a lot.. if it goes for 2 hours or so, i will definitely demand for over time.. half an hour is immaterial for me personally
