paypal account

i want to have an account on paypal,i just don't know how to have for one because when i tried to apply for the account, it requires a credit card number and i don't have a credit card. how could i possibly open an account on paypal without a need for credit card?what are the requirements?thanks and informations i will receive will really be of great help.

Buy a VCC, virtual credit card. It is a credit card but you won't receive a card and can yet open a paypal account!

Yeah! do as Diamania says. I had also same problem that u has. I buy the VCC and then open my account in paypal account it really works...

It's actually just a credit card but you won't receive the card itself. It's a one use card really. OK, it costs somewhere from 7 to 10 dollars but if you use paypal quite often having your identity confirmed is very, very, very handy.

Hello Churchill, fellow Pinay! I'm from the Philippines too, I don't have my own credit card but I've been able to open my own PayPal account. It is not a requirement to have your account linked to a bank account, you can have it wired to any of your bank accounts. Regards!

Credit card is not a must for creating account and you can skip that verification step while creating the account.If you link your credit card with paypal account,then you will get a verified status in paypal account.Verified means,your identity is confirmed.

hi churchill1980 you do not need a credit card to open a paypal account if you have a bank account as you can hook your b ankaccount to paypal and once they send a small amount to your bank account and its verified you are in like flyn,If you have a checking or saving account in the bank all you need to do is give paypal your bank information and they will set it up for you, I had no trouble as the nice clerk walked me through the whole process via email and I had no trouble with any of it. I just hit deposist my earnings in mybank each month and that is that.
