All stores that sell cosmetics should have this

I was at a store today, waiting for medication to be filled when I wandered into the cosmetic section. While walking up and down the aisle, I noticed that the L'Oreal section had this little clear card with shades of their face powders on it. You're suppose to put your wrist/arm/hand under it and whichever shade blends into your skin color, that's the shade for you. I found my shade which is amazing! I've heard of this cards, but I've never seen them in my local store. I have wasted so much money on trying different shades that blend perferctly into my skin tone and I've only lucked out with a two- and both are extremely expensive. I think every store that sells cosmetics should ask the cosmetic manufacturers to supply cards like that. It would make shopping for makeup so much easier and quicker. It won't be like guessing and tossing your money up in their air hoping it was worth it. What do you think? Has anyone else seen these cards in their local stores?

I've never seen one of these cards in the stores or at the mall ever. It would be so much easier if all the cosmetic companies provided this at their respective booths. I think it would save them a lot of money too so that instead of having to sacrifice products to for testers, they can just use these. When buying makeup, I usually let the sales assistant help me out with the right shade, which means using the tester.
