whew, it has been a lot of times when i get back to mylot. i just ran out of interest before. and then, in a sudden, i just have an urge to write again. and i did. and somehow, my writing prowess has captured some responses. but no way, mostly, some did not have any response at all!!!what have i missed when far away? has there been a lot of changes so far?.. are people here is not that in to what i was sharing. hmm. i am trying to cope with the changes as of now. i hope to really be sharing something that is worth sharing. and hopefully, attracts and helps readers.. huhu

I think that its just that there are so many great discussions that there are some that are bound to get lost in the shuffle. I admit, I have made some discussion topics that have had a good response. Then there have been those topics where there is just so much quality in other posts, that causes mine to get buried. It is not that people are not interested a lot of the time. Sometimes it is, but sometimes, there is just so much that the focus of the posters are in other directions.
The thing is that if inspiration strikes somehow, no matter what, just post. MyLot has not changed in the fact that there are quality posts and quality responses. There is an audience for every topic, its just a matter of timing and the posts coming in at the right time. You may get replies, you may not, but you never know until you post.

you are definitely right. sometimes, when i looked at my discussions compared to others, i seemed to have liked them as well. there are just mylotters who are making a lot of sense at the moment. and they are making a lot of waves and a lot of responses as well. i seemed to have the same experience before. when i was really an active mylotters, and i used to discuss a lot. then boom, one day i opened, there i am making sense after all. i think it did get more than 80 responses and counting. hehe.. nice.. but as of now, i try to just answer and respond to other's discussions.

Mylot, as far I can see, is no different than it's always been. Some discussions get a lot of responses, some get a few, and some get none. I think too, that the more one participates in others' discussions, the more participants one will have in theirs. Also, much depends on how interesting the topic is. Enjoy mylotting!

I think this happens to most of us here…at least it happens to me quite a lot. The last time I was away for more than a few weeks and before that I was away for whole three months. Its mylot fatigue and we all need to take a break, so don’t worry!
BTW mylot’s been thru a makeover of sorts…admin’s been very active and a lot of changes and recommendations have been implemented…cant enlist them tho coz even I am in the ‘getting used to’ mode…just look around and you’ll see the new things. I like most of what I see.
