Lately, my concern about the dreaded cancer raised up because of so many women in my surroundings diagnosed with this chronic illness. My pulse and nervousness skyrocketed that I scrambled to search the net what is the best cleansing supplement for maximum health benefits. Then I came across with this Wheat grass but the problem is I rarely heard Wheat grass in our place and I am also skeptical about this cleansing supplement. Is this effective? are you familiar with this?

Wheat Grass - One needs to grow in a succession of 7 days
Claims about wheatgrass' health benefits range from providing supplemental nutrition to having unique curative properties. Some consumers grow and juice wheatgrass in their homes. It is often available in juice bars, alone or in mixed fruit and/or vegetable drinks. It is also available in many health food stores as fresh produce, tablets, frozen juice and powder. Being a health freak I have stopped at nothing and that includes wheat grass therapy. Unfortunately it is a lengthy process in that one needs to sow the wheat in a succession of 7 days, extract the juice everyday and have it. Nowadays it is readily available but one is not sure if that is pure. For more on this you can visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheatgrass

Thank you for your sharing. Actually I am also a health buff because of so many chronic illnesses surfacing in the world. I want to make sure I am free from those diseases. I am planning to buy wheatgrass supplements in addition to my antioxidants supplements, unfortunately, in South East Asia we never had any wheat grass fields and I doubt if we can cultivate this in our farm here since we have only two seasons: wet and dry.
