Ezinearticles is one of the most popular article directories. I joined Ezinearticles a few weeks ago, and submitted some articles. Since Ezinearticles do not pay, the purpose of submission is to get traffic to my existing articles in Hubpages and blogs.
I am very pleased to see that Ezinarticles provide trainings for all writers.
This is one of the emails about producing more articles in less time. I hope you enjoy the tips and never ever run out of writing ideas again.
"Here is the next edition of the EzineArticles.com Training Series: An Introduction to Article Writing and Marketing.
Writing articles is fun, but it can be even more rewarding when you learn how to produce more in less time.
Article Sets Defined: A "set of articles" is anytime you produce 2 or more articles at a time.
Types of Article Sets:
1. Article sets by topic or sub-topic.
Example: If you were writing about racquetball
as your topic, you could make a plan to write
2 articles on racquetball nutrition, 4 articles
that goes into detail about each of the
different color of racquet balls on the market
and what they mean, and a 10-pack of articles on
forehand or backhand drills.
2. Article sets by style of writing.
Example: One style might be all bullet points,
another lists of things, another is a Q&A
approach, another might be conversational
or discussion of issues.
Note: Each type of writing is best when done in
sets of the same style.
3. Accidental article sets.
Example: Your target is to produce (2) articles
that are 400 words each. While getting started,
you get on a roll and accidentally produce a
fantastic 800 word article. Break the article in
half, give the other half a new title and you
have an instant article set...even if it was
created by accident.
4. Article sets based on customer or prospect frequently asked questions.
Example: Customers or prospects are always
asking questions. Tune into them, group them by
topic, and then hammer out some article sets
that answer each question. Using the racquetball
topic, you might have 7 questions from your
audience on how to prepare for a tournament.
Each of them makes excellent article topics.
The next edition of the EzineArticles Training Series: An Introduction to Article Writing and Marketing will offer the secrets to managing multiple topics."

This is good information! I may have to look into this site. I have decided my monthly goal is to produce a minimum of 25 articles. I decided this in February and I think I produced 13 or 14 regular helium articles and two for the market place. I also submitted two to AC so I did more than half but I still didn't make it.
The trouble is that my life "offline" sometimes takes priority and I don't get as much time in front of the computer. I usually have plenty of ideas, I just don't get to write them down all the time before they dissipate.
Nice to see you posting.

Wow, you have some ambitious goals. I am trying to change things up. This week I actually wrote out my writing goals (as well as some other stuff I need to get done around the house), and I am finding that the list actually encourages me.
What is your new blog about? Are you using Blogspot? I am thinking of staring a new blog myself since I write so much about travel. My old blog is one for book reviews, but mainly I use it as a place to just keep all my reviews in one place. I was thinking of using Wordpress...have you tried blogging there?

Hi Canellita, I thought you are busy enough without blogging. Why started another blog when you hardly find time to take care of one blog?
Ezinearticles does provide excellent training. This is just one of the many training emails. They even have two emails focus on article title. You can get their emails once you sign up and submit the first article.
However, you have to give up the certain rights to the article. Anyone can just download your article for personal use, as long as they keep your link.
What I suggest is to write a summary of your existing article, and put the link in the resource box. You may get some readers this way.

Another good site for sure. I've always known that Ezine is a reliable site. Just going to that site and you see the numerous knowledge available.. it's totally like a fountain of wealth, much better even in some cases. Great exposure to stuffs that we want to project through too. I've temporarily stopped blogging, and lock it up for my own view only. Maybe when I have more time someday, I'll continue again.

Actually the standard of Ezine is not high. They accept very low-quality articles. But since they dont pay a single cent, they manage to keep all the earnings.
Those who submit to Ezinearticles are looking for backlinks, and hoping people download the articles.
But I like the few training emails, it's really excellent advice.

This is really an excellent article! I can see how this could really work for someone like me who takes so long to write an article. I am definitely going to experiment with this suggestion. Thanks for posting it.
One of the things I have really learned is to begin reusing not only articles, but the information I have researched, but this makes perfect sense to work on more than one article on the same topic at a time. I frequently spend all this time on one topic, write, then repeat. There is even plenty of information I never use that just gets relegated to the "finished research" pile.
I might have to check this site out! Thanks, Scheng!

Hi Art, after reading this particular email from Ezinearticles, I can understand how anyone can produce 20 articles in a day.
Sometimes it's just a matter of changing the keywords, eg walking for weight loss, and walking to lose weight. The changing of writing style is new to me too. I think you can try that with book review.
If you want the training email from Ezinearticles, you have to submit one article there. Bear in mind that Ezinearticles is an article directory. You must give up certain rights to the article, such as allowing anyone to use the article, provided they link back to your article.
I suggest writing a short summary of your existing articles in AC or Helium, under the resource box, you can direct the readers to read the full article. After all, Ezinearticles allow 250 words, quite an easy target.
After that, you will start to receive many excellent advice. They even have a few emails teaching you to craft a good title.

Hi Raineyes, you will not find this in Ezinearticles itself.
This is part of the training email for their writers. What you can do is to submit a summary of your existing article, and put the link to your article in the resource box. You will get the marvelous training emails from them. I'm sure it will help in creating writing ideas.
Ezinearticles do not pay. It's more for writers to get links to their articles. The minimum word count is only 250.
