Have you ever violated traffic rules because you were late for an appointment?

I am always late for some appointments I have but I dont want to blame the traffic for it, I always blame myself because I cant wake up early. But even though I am already very late, I never violate traffic rules. I dont do it because accidents could happen if you violate traffic rules. If you meet an accident then things will be delays further. There would be lots of disadvantages. And we should always obey and honor the law of the land and be good citizens. Have you ever violated traffic rules? If so, what was it and why did you have to violate the rules?

hi! no, I haven't violated the traffic rules, just because I know it can be dangerous not only for me, but also for the other traffic participants around me. i haven't got much experience as a driver, but when i am behind the wheel i always try to observe all the traffic rules!

We always have to stay away from danger. I believe following the rules are important to be able to do that. Some of these rules are really easy to follow but we sometimes find it hard to follow them. It is always wise to follow the rules even if sometimes we are being challenge not to obey them. Rules are there for a purpose and if we follow them, we will know its significance.

I try not to violate traffic rules most of the time because traffic fines would seriously dent my budget.But... one I was going along a very, very narrow one way street to look for my sister.Since she wasn't there,I did a highly illegal U turn on the one way street.Luckily there were no other cars around and no cops either!

Right! Money would go to waste if you would pay traffic fines. Good thing when you did that U-turn there were no cops around. Sometimes we think its okay to violate anyway nobody is there and no one can see.

I have always been a very careful driver and wary of breaking the law. However, when my late father was rushed into hospital I was almost 200 miles away. The speed limit on the motorway is supposed to be 70 mph but I think I made the whole journey to his hospital bedside at 100 mph.

In emergency situations like this, I dont know it is against the law but the reason was very reasonable for you to speed up like that because your father needs to be rushed to the hospital. Life is more important than traffic rules so I guess there's really an exception to every rule.

I'm law abiding. The only traffic rule that I remember not obeying is jaywalking. I don't drive at the moment but when I was driving I always follow the traffic rules, except maybe for a few minor speeding violations.

It pays to be a law abiding citizen. It is always important to obey traffic rules because it will keep you from trouble. Back in my hometown, we have jaywalking there. There are also a lot of pedestrian lanes for people to cross but there are still people who dont follow the rules so they get to pay a certain amount if they are caught. Its a waste of money if you pay, if only they followed then they could have kept their money.
