How about experimenting while cooking

Did you ever experiment while cooking different traditional stuff. I love experimenting while preparing different food items. Some time I was able to make some good thing and some time I just spoil every thing.

I follow receipies but if they have something in that I don't like I leave it our or sometimes I add stuff that I like. I did come up with my own receipe for breading chicken that taste just like chicken and dressing with gravy. We really like that one. When making cookies I have done some different things. I have a oatmeal cookie that I replaced the chocolate chips with dried cranberries. I like them, but noone else in my family does.
