I got very fine hair strands and it easily cut in the middle so I have split most of the time. Plus it bothers me a lot that when I comb my hair there are a lot of hair on my brush or even on my fingers. Our floor got a lot of hair, my car seat too. I just hate it that my hair cuts so easily. I don't know if there ways I can strengthen it. Maybe you got ideas i would love to know and try it on my hair.

You will lose hair naturally. The longer it gets the heavier it gets. Weight will break your hair off. I had long hair and it was everywhere. You shouldnt wash it alot. Condition it with a nice thick conditioner. Try not to use much hair spray. Be careful that your blow dryer, hot iron, and a curling iron arent too hot. Dont sweat it. Nature has a way of replacing the old with new. You must lose hair to grow it. Unless you have bald patches that are clearly noticeable then I would do as I suggest and you'll be okay. I don't really use hair sprays unless I have to go somewhere formal where I need my hair to be fixed. I don't blow dry, use hot iron nor curling iron. It's just that my hair is so fine that it cuts from the middle. :(

Your welcome. But you know what I have cut my hair short to minimize the hairfall just like what yo did. I am also using a very good scalp treatment to make my scalp healthier and my hair shinier.

I do not know but my grandmother said that all hair complaints arise out of non- application of hair oil; so give it a try. If not during the day you can apply coconut oil at night and then wash it off before going to work- no harm trying- as she said that was a cure-all for oil.

I have a scalp treatment now and it is very effective. However, it makes my hair a little bit oily than usual.I just have to shampoo 2x to lessen the oiliness.

i have the same problem like yours they said it might be due to stressed or lack of vitamins for the hair, or if we put too much hair product and those chemical that will damaged our hair . they told me to use the head and tail shampoo, theirs a horse on it
they said its a shampoo for horse thats why horse hair are shinny and smooth and of course it makes the hair voluptuous, i know theres other product out there that will treat our hair.
