OMG, Im on a roll!!

I have been a member of Mylot for over two years and I have NEVER been on the digest or top discussion. Either that or they failed to tell me about it. I don't feel it is that big a deal and I don't need the noterity or any of the rest of it. I enjoy my time here and do not need any special rating to make it any more enjoyable.

Yes I do like to see one of my discussions in the daily digest. I like the idea that my discussions has received a lot of replied and made it at the top. It is just a small incentive to keep me going here on my lot to keep writing, debating. (besides earning money). Sometimes I have several things on my mind and I do end up writing them into a discussion. sometimes its like a catharsis.

well i have a good memory but it is short so if i am in that perdicament, i generally write things down. if i think of a topic for mylot and i am not at the computer, i make a list.

Ye bunny,myLot is a good site who has enough time. In myLot the members start many interesting discussions. By participating these discussions we can learn many new things. My discussions still nave not reached up to the mark. But I feel happy when I get many responses from a single discussion.

It's really cool when I get the mylot digest and see that I was in one of the top discussions! That's always rewarding. I am not sure why, it is just really cool though! It's only happened a couple of times so far!

Congrats on your Discussion making it to the digest----coming to me i seldom keep track of the Mylot Digest which would arrive to my inbox---when i go through it i would check for my post for sure mostly i try to respond some discussions which i managed to skip provided i have something to share about the topic.great day.

I honestly never know when my discussions get in the top discussions because I never check that tab on the mylot page. I do read the mylot digest, so I do see when one or more of my discussions have made the digest. I really appreciate it when a discussion of mine is in there when it has only a few responses. I mean, I've had some discussions in there with already like 30 responses before anyone sees it through the mylot e-mail. And it is still nice to see them placed in the mylot digest. But I really appreciate it when I've done a discussion and it only has like 5 responses before it is sent out in the mylot digest.

LOL I keep several lists of discussion topics that I think of and do 2-3 at a time. Sometimes they just start flowing and I can't stop them. I try not to start too many at once b/c it's hard to keep up with them. I've seen mine in the Top Discussions before and I'll admit...It puts a little button on my day. hi bunnybon I get that way at times too as now I am not new and get a lot of responses on all my discussion and I do know that its not fair not to comment back , In fact its not a discussion unless we really do discuss with each other. So if I make too many I am digging myself in even deeper as I refuse to just say thanks for responding, thats a given they deserve a comment of at least a few lines after all. I think loneliness is something we can all get, I tried to explain that to the man from adult protective services when I came here to gold crest, as I had cried, you dont understand my son is all the family I have and you say I will have lots of company there, thats not the same as family. well the situation was such that I had no choice,either wander around looking for homeless shelter or come here and let them take four fifths of my socical security and ssi checks, I get ssi as I am physically handicapped and am 83,cannot work any more. my son got govhelp go get into an apartment with three other guys all out of work. So I am here with 100 other p eople and although Ihave made a few friends,thats not family and yes I too get lonely,so mylot has been my best companions here. No I am no longer really estatic over being in the hot spot or in the digest,its okay but then I have to make a zillion more comments. but really I do love making them.

With me it's more like I have 20 things rolling around in my head, but I can't get them to spit out. Sure I like being in the digest and/or top discussions...

I've been known to start several discussions that I couldn't really respond to. I'm still working on responding to a lot of them! I like being put on today's top or the mylot digest because that means more exposure for my discussion, and more opportunities to earn. My husband and I could really use the money right now so it does really help.

I am not overwhelmed when one of my discussions landed in Today's Digest. Nope, bunnybon. No. I just save the email in a folder, as a remembrance.

I had 2 of my discussions get into the digest, and believe me, it was totally unexpected. I was so happy to see them there too. When I start discussions, I really never even think about it beingt in the digest. I just liek sharing with others and see what they have to say on the subject. I do my best and that is all I can do. Now, I really don't start all that many discussions, as I have a hard time coming up with a good topic, one that others will be interested in responding to. It is much easier for me to just respond to other discussions. I will syart more discussions though when I come up with good topics, but in the meantime I will just respond. good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Hi bunnybon7. Well we are the same from one way or another. I just suddenly think of something to say but i never had the chance to talk it or express it. Im will be very happy if my discussion will put in digest or in the top discussion. Well i really dream of being put in the digest or top discussion. Happy mylotting

Lol the most I ever did in one Day is 5 I don't know if mine have ever been in the Digest I have not signed in for that lol

bunnybon7, Well, I may have more than 20 different things rolling in my head but I just would not post it all up for discussions. For one, I may have to sacrifice my time responding from my friends' posts here. There's just so much we can do with this limited and scarce time and I do not think that I will be any lesser if I do not post everything that is on my mind. My discussions do make it to the Digest or Today's Top Discussion occasionally and yes, it sure feels good to be recognized and accepted. But, there again, it just can't beat the feeling of responding or commenting and awarded "Best Response" for the efforts. Anyway, myLot is just simply the best social site in the world and the whole cyberworld, too.

I'm always pleased when they make it but nothing i worry about or really think about so i'm pleasantly surprised when they do.

I'm always busy thinking about something or other, and it seems like I always have dozens of different discussion ideas that I feel the urge to share, but somehow never get to it
