So, there I was, reassembling a gadget, an MP4 player to be specific, I disassembled a couple of hours ago to check if I could fix a hard button. Disassembling was easy but reassembling it was a pain in the neck and backbones. I was having a hard time putting one of the pieces until I heard something click, felt something small hit my foot and heard tinkling sound as it bounced on the floor, it was then I realized something fell, something small, almost very tiny yet recognizable. So, I drop the gadget and knelt on the floor to try to look for the thing and after several seconds I was convinced it went under the sofa. Grunting, I stood up and went to get my flashlight and went to search for the missing piece. As I beamed the flashlight underneath the long chair, I saw a bunch of trash and debris and dusts and who knows what.. So I stood back up, really pissed now, and got a broom. I swept everything underneath out into the open and BEHOLD--- ---trashes and debris piled into a mini hill so I scanned within the pile and found -my missing screw from my PC -my missing ballpen -my missing screw from something else -mini rubber bond that I really needed a couple of weeks ago -one of my mini screwdrivers(WTF!) -and a whole bunch of dust and then the saying suddenly occurred in my mind "One man's trash is the same man's treasure", thus the title of this post. Anyway, Have this ever happened to you, events, where you were looking for something and found some things else that were long missing? What are the weirdest things you found, if there are any?

i found one of my old wallets with about $10 still left in it which was cool. also my father when is was a kid would see stuff set on the side of the road for trash pick-up that looked nice to us such as furniture. he would get it and put it in our car and we would put it in our living room. some people had it so good when compared to us that they considered it junk, but it looked like great furniture in my father and my families eyes.
