Indecent behavior can happen anywhere not just the hidden places, but also in the area or general public.
Have you ever seen a couple making out in public areas? what your reaction, let or reprimand them?
I often see scenes courtship-lovers in the plaza or at the mall, although their flirtation not hot, but, honestly seen it enough to make me uncomfortable. I want to admonish them to behave in accordance with ethical propriety in public areas, but I did not do. I'm just can wish there was someone else who rebuked them.

I totally agree with you there. Never do in public what you should only do in private! People nowadays specially teens have no qualms about making out in public. They think its okay, they think they are cool when in fact it reflects the kind of upbringing they have. This is a reflection of how our morals are degraded.

yes, my friend. Teenagers now seem to have no longer have a sense of shame for making out in public

It is uncomfortable to witness. I do not mind seeing holding hands or a little kiss, but if it is a lot of kissing it is not a pleasant experience. That should happen in private, not for the world to see. It makes it worse when they are half dressed, especially summertime. I get embarrassed and have to look away, even though I am old enough to be their parents.
But what can be done? Our culture is becoming so crude. How can that be changed?

True. Though I believe so many do not realize what they do these days. No one teaches them.

A little hand holding, hugging and kissing, OK, but at some point "get a room"....
