Do you always use your dialect to repond to anyone?

I always use my local dialect when responding to anyone in the area,so as the adjacent provinces,because they can still understand your language.When you go to the other provinces,they can still understand what you say,but I am very more at ease when I also speak with their own tongue.That is also true to going to another country that you must also know their language, even if English is an accepted tongue,you can never go to remote places to communicate to their locals,because the most important thing is to speak their own language for a better traveling experience.
